No1 Ashford

The Burgate Waite Partnership have recently obtained outline planning consent to construct up to 30,000 sq ft of offices on an important and prominent site adjacent to junction 9 of the M20 motorway in Ashford.

The develoment, to be known as No1 Ashford, will comprise either two interlinking buidings of 15,000 sq ft each or one single building of 30,000 sq ft. set within landscaped grounds and including up to 123 car parking spaces.

The accommodation will be available either to purchase or to rent and individual occupiers particular requirements can be incorporated in the final development plans at this early stage.
